Hi, I’m Mark Trenner. a registered as a patent & trademark attorney. I am registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. I have state law licenses in Colorado and Tennessee and can help clients with patent and federal trademarks in all 50 states (I even have international clients).
I have over 20 years experience in intellectual property law. After working for several years at three Denver Colorado law firms, I started Trenner Law Firm, LLC in 2004 to serve the small business and start-up community. I have built a successful practice that includes strategizing with my clients to develop comprehensive IP portfolios – including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. I also counsel companies regarding contracts, licensing, and other business law issues.
My practice is primarily patent preparation and prosecution. However, I also provide IP portfolio management; trademarks, including branding; drafting and negotiating contracts, IP agreements, and licensing.
